Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Johnsonville sale as follows:—We offered a good yarding of prime beef and mutton, which sold liberally at late rates. Good bullocks made £8 to £8 12s 6d; prime summer beef £7 10a to £7 15s; small weaners 18s; good wethers 12s 6d to 12s 8d; good ewes, 10s # 6d; medium ewes, 10s to 10s 2d; prime lambs, 10s 5d to 10s 6d; medium lambs, 9s 6d.
