NOVEMBER NAPIER WOOL SALES.
142 d FOR HAWKE'S BAY WOOL. At the Napier wool sales, held on Wednesday, the 10th November, Messrs Dalgety and Co. (Limited) obtained the record price of Is 2£d for a very fi.ie lot of halfbred wool grown by Mr James Macfarlane oh his Bea Lomond Station. This price is probably a record one for Hawke's Bay district or wool oi this description in the grease. It may interest sheep-farmers to know that the wool was dipped in Qui bell Bros.' Patent Powder Dip, and furnishes further testimony to the unequalled all-round efficiency of thin preparation. *
