BURNING FATALITY.
By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCLKANO, December 18. The wife of J. W. Knight, who was admitted to the hospital some time ago suffering from burns by her clothing catching fire, died yesterday. At the inquest, Dr Tnompson stated taht Mrs Knight was suffering from extensive burns op the right arm and side. On Wednesday skingrafting became absolutely necessary and was successfully performed Liter, internal hemorrhage set in, resulting in death, which was due primarily to burns. The jury returned a verdict accordingly, adding a rider expressing the opinion that the husband should have beer, informed of the intention to perform the operation.
