METEOROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 15. The following is F{ev. D. C. Bates' summ.irv and forecast:—The weather was very stormy in the South on Saturday, hail and sleet being experienced about Cook Straits, and westerly and south-westerly galea about the South Island. The weather was also very unsettled, but generally fair over the North Island on Saturday, and up to the present with moderate westerly winds. The present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, with warm and humid conditions, increasing ' cloudiness and freshening northerly winds, especially in the Southern districts. '
