PERRY'S SALVATION ARMY BIORAMA.

Perry's Salvation Army Biorama concluded their Masterton season in the Town Hall, last evening. The attendance was a large and tnthusiastic one, ai d those present thoroughly enjoyed minute of the programme. The pictures were manipulated with the utmost regularity and precision. The electrical apparatus attached to the Biorama is most elaborate and in this connection Electrician, Lawrenson, is worthy of special mention. His department is managed in a most exacting manner, and the standard of excellence he invariably maintains reflects the greatest credit on his ability as a first class mechanic. Non-inflamable films were in use last eveniDg, the advantages of which are obvious. In dramatic studies "The Poor Boy," "The Hide For Life," "The Romance of a Salvation Army Lass," were perhaps the best. In the humourous films the audience derived considerable amusement from the depiction of tie "The Butcher Boy and the Penny Dreadful,", "Foolshead Sportsman for Love," "The Lost Ball." Captain Gallagher's even baritone voice was heard to advantage in "Captain Baby Bunting of the Rocking Horse Brigade," and a part song from the Company, < ntitled "The King's Businass," was greatly appreciatsd. T..e tenor soloist, Bandsman Steven?, saig effectively "Will the Angals Let Me Play," while Adj. Whiteman gave a sympathetic rendering of "Ihe La't Mil sto e," At the matinea in the afternoon there were about six hun Irad children present, who t wroughly enjoyed the excellent fare provided.

The Corr|>any will leave for the North to day.
