THE MARYLEBONE SEAT. ADMIRAL BERESFORD IN THE FIELD. Received November 8, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, Novembei 7. Lord Charles Beresford, in accepting the invitation of the Marylebone Constitutional Union to contest East Marylebone at the next general election, declared himself an ardent Tariff Reformer. The Admiral described the Budget as a terrorising measure, which .would have the effect of driving capital abroad. Mr R. Jebb remains the New Unionist Association's candidate. SOUTH ARMAGH ELECTION. NATIONALIST RETURNED. Received November 8, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, November 7. At the election for South Armagh in the place of Mr M'Killop, Mr O'Neill, Nationalist, was returned, securing 3,160 votes against 1,628 given to the Conservative candidate.
