Z The Spanish forces in Morocco have occupied Hidim, the key to the whole country as far as Cape Fres Forcas, the northern headland of the Melilla peninsula. Received November 8, 10 p m. MOROCCO, November 8. Two Spanish battalions and a battery have occupied an important position at Guruzu, overlooking the bay and plain outside Meiilla.
REVOLT IN PERSIA.

The Russian Vice-Consul at Ardebil telegraphs that the Russians and 2 000 refugees in the town are safe. The Russian flag is respected. The Russian threat to punish Rakhima and followers who were freebooters is regarded with distrust in Teheran.
CAPTURE OF RIFLES AND CARTRIDGES.
Received November 8, 10.30 p.m. TEHERAN, November 8. The cruiser Fox captured 1,200 rifles, and 120,000 cartridges in the Persian Gulf.
