LOYAL CANADIANS. Received November 8, 8.30 a.m. OTTAWA, November 7. The speeches of Earl Grey, Gover-nor-General of Canada, nl Lord Milner, in North-West Cm fa, have aroused military enthushsm. In the prairie provinces many corps have been formed, and it is calculated that there will be a well-trained fighting force of fifty thousand men between the Great Laes and the Rocky Mountains within two years. Received November 8, 10.30 p.m. OTTAWA, November 8. The Canadian Government has decided to borrow two cruisers from the Admiralty, for the purpose of utilising in training of officers and men for the Canadian navy.
