LARGE TRACT OF LAND UNDER WATER. THOUSAND DROWNED. Received October 31, 5.10 p.m. LONDON, October 30. Large tracts of land in Sussex are under water. Canterbury and Folkestone are flooded. One thousand sheep were drowned in Kent. ' At Brighton four inches of rain fell on Thursdav.
