TRIBESMEN EXHAUSTED. TERRIBLE BATTLE LOSSES. Dy United Prosa Association—Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received October 12, 8.8 a.m. MOROCCO, October 11. The Kabyle tribes of Nador and Barraca have sent in a white flag. They state that they are utterly exhausted from want of food and terrible battle losses, particularly on 30th September, when they werp obliged to kill their own wounded because it was impossible to attend to them. BLOODHOUNDS USED TO FIND SPANISH WOUNDED. Received October 12, 9 a.m. MOROCCO, October 12. The Spanish are using Major Richardson's bloodhounds to find their wounded in Morocco.
