CAPETOWN, September 25,

A deputation at Capetown with reference to the action of the Australian tariff upon Cape dynamite, said this was an illustration of the case against preference. Australia's action was unfriendly and outrageous, said the deputation, for it meant that while taking all advantage of the Cape's preference it give absolutely nothing in ret .
