ReceivedjSeptember 13, 8.35 a.m. NEW ,YORK, September 12. The population ot New York is 4,338,322, an increase of 901,000 since the census of 1900. The Bureau of Statistics estima les that the population of the United States in 1910 will be between ninety and ninety-five millions.
