CLAIM AGAINST OTAGO DOCK TRUST
By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, September 2-. Messrs Scott Bros, of Christchurch, contractors for the dock, are claiming from the Otago Dock Trust £3,600 on account of construction. The trust forwarded a cheque for £3,351 to the contractors in final settlement of the contract account, the sum mentioned being the balance due after dsducting a very considerable a:i oont for penalties for noncompletion of the dock contract at due date. The cheque has not been lifted by the contractors.
