ARSON.
SENTENCE OF THREE YEAKS' IMPRISONMENT.

Frederick Wilkins, of Owhatu, was sentenced to-day to three years' imprisonment for arson, having pleaded guilty in the Lower Court. He stated that he committed the crime in endeavouring to shelter another man who was acquitted on a charge of arson last week.
