Consequently many or the Ijcal "sports" proceeded to Gladstone to witness the match between Gladstone and Stars, and their enthusiasm was rewarded as one of the best contested matches seen this season wss played, and ended in a draw. The Home wood--Carswella match will be played next Saturday The -"airship" craze has so far not reached Te Wharau, although several of our most level headed citizens have lately v.een r.oliced casting thier eyes heavenwards, evidently i-*i the hope ot seeing tne airship- so shortly we may have some fresh theory to propound.
