Hartigan was taken brilliantly low down. Two for 93. Trumper got his score in 45 minutes, during which he mnde some good drives. Three for 165.

Resumption of play after Junch was delayed twenty-five minutes owing to rain. Gregory played steadily for seventy minutes, when Board stumped him. Four for 285.
