Letters have been published by the father of Dhingra, the Indian student who murdered Sir William Wyllie and Dr. Laleaca, at the Imperial Institute on Thursday last, showing that his family was deeply indebted to-Sir W. Wyllie "whom," says the writer, "my son Killed in a fit of madness." PARIS, July 7. The head of the Paris police says that Krishnavamia, the editor of the Indian paper notorious for its seditious writings, will benefit by his French asylum. Tie British, says the officer, always refused to expel anarchists. BENGAL TERRORISTS ACTIVE. REVIVAL OF BOMB THROWING SUGGESTED. Received July 8, 9.15 a.m. LONDON, July 7. The Calcutta corfespondent of tha "Daily Mail" repsrte that terrorists in Bengal are again active. Leaflets have been posted at railway stations and strewn in the villages between Sealdah and Barrackpore suggesting a revival of bombthrowing.
