OTTOMAN RIGHTS,
Received, June 21, 10.35 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, June 21.
Rifaat Pasha, speaking in the Constantinople Chamber, said that the Government had notified the Powers of their determination to defend the Ottoman rights in Crete.
