ELPLOSION AT SMELTING WORKS.
FIVE MEN INJURED.
Received June 21, *lO a.m. BRISBANE, June 21. While a party of men were engaged in pouring a copper matte at Mount Morgan mine, some of it fell on the floor, where water was lying.
An explosion immediate-ly folowel. Two men were badly burned, and three others less seriously.
