The '"'Daily Chronicle" says it is claimed that the Liberal opponents of the land taxes in the House of Commons number between sixty and seventy. The "Daily Telegraph" declares that Mr Long's league against inclusion in the Budget of socialistic and land legislation has evoked subscriptions and offers of help from all parts of the country and from Scotland. Discontent"with the Budget on this account is, the "Telegraph" asserts, rapidly growing.
