MORE DOCKS WANTED.

ONE ON THE TYNE URGED. LONDON, May 21. A deputation from Newcastle and Gateshead urged the Government to construct a naval repairing base on the Tyne? The Right Hon. R. M'Kenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, in reply, said the belief that Britain possesses insufficient Dreadnought docks was unfounded. Only the East Coast was unprovided. The Government, added the Minister, was not blind to the necessities of the occasion, but it was undesirable to publish every intention.
