REVOLT IN PERSIA.
SHAH YIELDS. NEW CABINET FORMED. REVOLUTIONISTS NOT SATISFIED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received May 10, 10.25 p.m. TEHERAN, May 10. The Shah has repromuleated the previous Constitutional laws and granted a political amnesty. He has instructed the Royalist commanders to disband the troops. The Shah's decision is due to representations of Russia and Britain. fears.his'own'personal safety in the event of capture by the revolutionists. Saad-ed-dowleh is forming a Cabinet, with Nassared Mulk, now a refugee in Europe, as Premier. Saad-ed-dowleh will eventually become Foreign Minister. The new Cabinet is Liberal, but weak. Several Nationalist Leaguers declare that the proclamation of the Constitutional laws will not affect the Nationalist plans for preparing to advance on Teheran. Tne Revolutionaries at Kazirn are daily gaining in strength, and are moving towards Teheran.
