Cup—Maiora 1, Silken Rein 2, Osiris 3. Also started—Merne Rose, Lawn Rose, Mataari, Gaelic, Daisy Paul. A good race. Won by a neck. Time, 2min Usee. Opawa Welter—Gold Bird 1, Aotea 2, Flint Gun 3. Also started— King Post, Sister, Quarry Girl, Oblivian. Time, lmin 3]3-ssec.
I Flying—Tumut 1, Irish Rifle 2 r Rock Ferry 3. Also started—Tea Tuhi. Won by a length. Time, lmin 15 4-ssec. Autumn Hack—Curator 1, Glen 2, Lucretius 3. Sealer also started. Time, lmin 16 3-ssec.
