WRECK OF THE PENGUIN.
CAPTAIN NAYLOR'S APPEAL. By Telegraph—Press.,Association. WELLINGTON, May 5. The hearing of Captain Naylor's appeal against the suspension of his certificate, in consequence of the wreck of the steamer Penguin, was concluded to-day, judgment being reserved till Friday next.
