A WARNING.
ANOTHER STORM PREDICTED. By Telegraph—Press Association. DARGAVILLE, May 3. Mr Clement Wragge issued the following forecast at Dargaville at 10 a.m.:— "The central line of the disturbance 'Fowlds,' which developed an ugly extension even beyond the North Cape, passed Auckland Province at 5.30 this morning. The winds will not shift to the southr ward, and more wet weather is probable, with vicious swells on the coast, especially south from Cape Egmont, and areas of nasty sea. The southern side of 'Fowlds' extends beyond Stewart Island. Before sixty hours have expired, however, the sea will moderate, and the sky will clear. Finer weather, under recovery of the pressure, will thereafter prevail, but by about the middle of May, or somewhat earlier, another disturbance named' Miller,' of considerable energy, will affect the Dominion. 'Miller' is now to the southward of Cape Leeuwin, and shipping will eventually have cause to remember 'him' slso. Further advices will be issued when necessary."
