COMPLAINTS OF TOUTING. By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 20, The Otago Rugby Union, at the instance of the Dunedin Club, considered a number of requests for transfer from the club. It was stated that considerable touting was going on, as a result of which the ranks of the Dunedin Club, last year's champions, had been greatly weakened. All the transfers were granted, but in most cases the applicants were ordered to stand down for four weeks.
