WEDDING.

HUNT—FOREMAN,

A pretty wedding was celebrated in Knox Church, yesterday afternoon, when Miss Edith Lena Foreman, second daughter of Mr D. W. Foreman, of Miki Miki, was married to Mr Rowlan Hunt, youngest son of Mr B. Hunt, of Lansdowne. Rev. A. T. Thompson performed the marriage ceremony. The bridesmaids were Misses Charlotte Foreman and Winifred Foreman, ,sisters of the bride, and Miss Delia Hodge. The bride was charmingly attired in a dress of white Swiss embroidery, with the orthodox veil and orange blossoms, and she carried a beautiful bouquet of dahlias and asparagus ferns. The bridesmaids wore white Indian lawn dresses, trimmed with insertion and tucks, and cream crinoline hats, trimmed with cream chiffon and pink roses. Mr F. Foreman was best man. After the wedding, a reception was held at the Arcadia T<ja Rooms, when the usual toasts were honoured. The numerous. beautiful and useful presents received by the young couple, testified to the great esteem in which they are held by their many friends. The bridegroom presented each of the bridesmaids with a gold brooch, set with rubies. Mr and Mrs Hunt left by the afternoon train for Napier, amid the congratulations of their many friends'
