WONDERFUL CAVES.

* A CRYSTAL CHAMBER. STUDDED WITH STALACTITES AND STALAGMITES. A DISCOVERY IN VICTORIA. Received March 15, 10.20 a.m. MELBOURNE, March 15. A wonderful series of caverns has been discovered buried in the heart of Cape Patten, near Apollo Bay, on the south coast of Victoria, between Capes Otway and Patten, and sixty miles south-west of the entrance to Port Philip. Ihe caves contain a fresh-water lake, which is fed from an unknown source. There is a crystal chamber studded with stalactites and stalagmites, and the floor of which is of gleaming crystals.
