THE CONFERENCE OF PREMIERS. MR FISHER'S VIEWS. Received March 15, 10.20 a.m. MELBOURNE, March 15. Mr Fisher, Prime Minister of the Commomvealh, states that he is unable to see that the Conference of Premiers has made a step in advance of anything done Before. It practically wanted the Braddon clause continued with a guarantee of a minimum amount. He added that if the scheme were carried out it would hobble the Federal Parliament for all time.
