ANOTHER SYDNEY VICTIM. Received March 15, 10.20 a.m. SYDNEY, March 15. Wearne, the latest plague patient, is dead. DEATH OF A SEAMAN. TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTYFIVE INFECTED RATS FOUND. Received March 15, 11.37 p.m. SYDNEY, March 15.' A seaman on the French steamer St. Louis has died of plague. Two hundred and thirty-five dead rats infected with plague have been found in Wearne's mill.
