BOLD BID FOR POWER. CENTRE PARTY AND PRINCE BULOW. Received March 15, 9 a.m. BERLIN, March 14. It is reported that the Centre (Clerical) Party is preparing a bold bid for power by giving Prince Bulow, the Chancellor, a safe majority for a fresh measure providing for the building on an extensive scale of vessels of the Dreadnought type.
