LABOURITES AND A COMPANY.
AN INJUNCTION. NEW YORK, March 12. The Court of Appeal of the district of Columbia upheld an injunction forbidding the American Federation of Labour to publish in its organ, the "Federationist," the name of the Bucks Stove Range Company of St. Louis under the "we don't-patronise" list. The court declared that the defendants could not be restrained from all reference to the company in the journal, but only from publications made in furtherance of the illegal boycott.
