The following will • represent United 11. in their match against Carterton 11., on th 3 Park Oval, on Saturday next:—Clarke, Hooper, Higgs, Pond, Walker, Lawrence, Knoles, Havitend, Minifie, Bragging, Morton. ATHLETICS. The Ahiaruhe sports gathering is to be held at Mr SnelPs picturesque, homestead, on the eastern side of Ponatahi Bridge, to-day. Some cf the best athletes in the district are competing, good entries have aireac'y been received in the horse events, and a band will enliven the proceedings during the afternoon. The events will be run off strictly to time.
