AEROPLANES FOR BRITISH ARMY. FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS WATCHING EXPERIMENTS. WITH SURPRISE AND AMUSEMENT. Received Fi bruan 25, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, February 24. One of the "Times'" Italian correspondents states that representatives of foreign Governments are watching the aeroplane experiments in Great Britain with surprise and amusement. Wright Brothers are unaware of an idea Mr Haldine may have of engaging their services.
