SHORT WEIGHT COAL.
A COMPLAINT. Received February 23, 9 a.m. . LONDON, February 22. The British Chamber of Shipping now in session in London, decided to investigate complaints regarding shortage in the weights of coal shipped from Newcastle, New South Wales. Th<3 losses are roughly estimated at 4 per cent.
