RUSSIAN REVOLUTIONARIES.
OFFICERS SENTENCED. SOLDIERS EXILED TO SIBERIA} Received February 2J, 5 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 22. Five officers of the Warsaw (Poland) garrison were sentenced to penal servitude, varying from six to eignt years, for belonging to the Pan-Russian Officers" Union—a revolutionary organisation*. Four soldiers received similar sen-* tences for belonging to another military revolutionary society, while twelve others were exiled to Siberia.
