RECORDS FOR THE HOME CIRCLE.

The ever-increasing popularity of the Edison phonograph and records is largely due to the regular monthly supplies of a'\ the newest Continental music availahle at the "Talkeries," opposite Club Hotel, Masterton. The proprietors maintain that for completeness of stocks and quantity, this Phonograph Parlour is unequalled in New Zealand outside the four centres. A large shipment is just to hand of old and new specialities, including "Red Wing," ""When the Song of Love is Heard" (Jones and Murrav), "If Those Lips Could Only Speak," also Harry Lauder's latest contribution. "Callaghan," and a number of fine bagpipe selections. The proprietors have a special line of 500 Clarion Sterling and white records, gold-mounted, for sale at reduced prices. These records comprise some very .popular titles, and present an exceptional opportunity for phonograph users to augument their stock. "The Talkeries" show a fine line of complete Edison recording outfits, consisting of Edison recorder, amplyfying ' horn, two blank records, one bottle of Leosoline for cleaning, and a complete volume of instructions for 30s. These goods assist every man to make his own records, '-md that is half the fun of owning a phonograph. The pleasure of hearing one's own, or a friend's voice, on music reproduced amply repays the amateur for the care and attention necessary in making records.
