DISSENSIONS AMONG GOVERNMENT PARTY. DEATH DUTIES OPPOSED. BERLIN, January 22. Dissensions have arisen amorgt-t the Bloc, supporting Prince von Bulow in the Reichstag. The Conservatives oppose the death duties proposed by the Government. The Centre Party on the Reichstag Committee, with Radical and Socialist heln, rejected the capital clause in Herr Sydow's Spirits' Monopoly Bill. The rest of the scheme has referred to a sub-committee to draft a new measure on the basis of the existing system.
