Received December 20, 8.10 p.m. LONDON, December 19. Keuter's correspondent at Belgrade reports that an Austrian captain arid fifty men entered Servia at Monkragora, and with the use of a field glass took notes. Another detachment crossed the frontier at Lmbovia. A soldier fired a rifle, and alarmed the Servian Customs Guards, one of whom fired in the midst of the Austrians. The Austrians retreated. The Servian Government regards the incident as provocative.
