Documents of the utmost value have been unearthed in Dacca and other districts in connection with the Bengal conspiracy. FREE FIGHT IN SYDNEY. SHIP'S CREW IN CONFLICT. SEVERAL MEN WOUNDED. 71 ARRESTS MADE. Received Dec?mber 16, 11.48 p.m. SYDNEY, December 16. A discussion on the condition of native affairs in India ltd to a free fight between the Lascar and Zanzibar sections of the ctew of the P. and 0. liner Mongolia. Several men were wounded, and two were removed to a hospital. Five were arrested. The arrests were resented by a large body of Lascars, who left the ship, climbed the dock gates, and marched through the streets towards the lock-up. One of the ship's officers and apolice inspector intercpeted the men, and tried to persuade them tu return to their ship but they declined. They, however, consented to visit the police station and interview the arrested men. On arrival at the station they were locked in the yard. They again declined overtures to return to their ship, and were arrested. The total arrests number 71. ■
