CABLE NEWS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.
DISAFFECTION NOT REACHED MASSES. AN OFFICIAL DENIAL. Received November 28, 8 p.m. LONDON, November 28. • Reuter states that the London officials emphatially deny that the disaffection in India has reached the masses. It was grossly misleading and unwarrantably stupid to imply that the present situation is as comparable to that on the eve of the Indian Mutiny.
