THE SCARLET TROUBADOURS.
The "Scarlet Troubadours" will make their first appearance at the Town Hall to-night. The "Troubadours" number eight vocalists, six gentlemen and two ladies. The fact that they are under the direction of Mr Edward Branscombe is suffisent "hall-mark" that their performances will be both artistic and refined, and well worthy of patronage. The " Scarlet Troubadours" have been performing to crowded and delighted audiences in Australia, m consequence of which their visits to some of the larsrer cities have had to be prolonged. The class of entertainment they give consists of musical number?, both solo and part-singing, given in costumes, in many cases grouped together to constitute short scenes, into which is introduced clever wititcisms and smart patter.
