COTTON TRADE DISPUTE.
FAILURE OF JOINT CONFERENCE. Received November 5, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, November 4. A joint conference in connection with the dispute in the cotton trade in Lancashire ended in failure, apd the operatives are again balloting on the question of what terms they would be prepared to accept.
