The shareholders in the fir.n of Wilier and Riley, produce merchant?, whjch had to go into liquidation consequent nn the frauds of Alberti, the Danish dX-Minister, have decided to wind-up the company voluntarily. The directors art preparing a scheme of reconstruction.
