UNREST IN IRELAND.
AGRARIAN OUTRAGES. Received October 21, 9 a.m. LONDON, October 20. In reply to a question put to him in the House of Commons by Captain Craig, Conservative member for Down, the Rieht Hon. Augustine Birrell, Chief Secretary for Ireland, stated that two hundred and thirtyfour agrarian outrages in Ireland had been reported by the Constabulary for the whole of ly06; three hundred and seventy two in 1907; and four hundred and eighteen for the nine months of 1908.
