TINUI.
(From Oar Own Correspondent.) TINUI, October 9. There was a large attendance at the Rev. J. H. Sykes' social entertainment on the 7th instant, in spite of the wee weather. Mr Sykes showed a large number of most interesting lime light views of Yorkshire. Among the pictures were some ancient and historic Abbeys and Castles. Some of these ruins were built in trie eleventh century, the architecture being much admired by all those present. The fall of rain on Tuesday night registered 1.39 inches, and was very welcome.
