Messrs Abraham and Willian s, Ltd., report on their Eketabui a i stock sale held on Friday as follows: —With tha exception of one line all sheep advertised came forward, and we made a total clearance under the hammer at rates in advance of onr last sale hold here. We quote: Wethers from 14s to 14s 9d, mixed hoggets to 10a 9d, wether hoggets up to lis lfid. In cattle, more came forward than were advertised. We quote: Cows from £1 10s to £3, heifers in calf £2 10s, £3 ss, £3 15s, £4 12s 6d. Pigs: Breeding aows £4 4s, porkers 235. By Telegraph,—Special to Age). PAHIATUA, October 10. At the mart sales to-day there was a fair attendance of buyers, but only moderate yarding of pigs and small poultry. Prices for " 9 the former, though good, showed a slight decline as compared with last week. Wethers brought 16s 6d to 20s, stores 19s to 25s 6d. A chestnut gelding, eight years old, brought £ll 2s 6d.
