THE KENT SENSATION.
PRESS FABRICATIONS. Received September 21, 8.25 a.m. •LONDON, September 20. Colonel Wardp, at the inquest touching the death of General Luard, bitterly declared that the letter purporting to be written by the General, and published in the Press, was a fabrication. He added that the actual letter did not mention the General's son. It ended: "I thought I had strength enough to bear up against the horribld imputations of the terrible letters, but am now satisfied that it will be best to join her in the second life at once."
