'CABINET MINISTER AND MEL BOUHNE"«AGE." Received September 21, 9.53 a.nv. MELBOURNE, September 21. Mr Swinburne, State Minister of Water Supply, has issued a writ claiming £5,000 damages from the "Age" newspaper for alleged libel contained in an article dealing with the Water Supply Department.
