DESTROYED BY FIRE. Received September 21, 9.30 a.m. ROME, September 20. The Palace of the Capulets at Verona was completely destroyed by fire. The Capulets. a noble family of Northern Italy, according to tradition nf Verona, were chiefly memorable from their connection with the legend on which Shakespeare has founded his tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. It was to the house of Capulet that Juliet belonged. i
